When do my certificates expire?
Each certificate expires 2 years from the date issued.
When is my certificate issued?
Certificates will be provided by the course Instructor on the same day! Through our licensed Training Partnership with the American Red Cross, certificates are included in course cost, and issued upon completion of your class.
Can I register for multiple courses?
Of, course! Although you can register for multiple courses, due to time dedicated for each training, it will require taking courses on separate days.
Terms & Conditions: Group discounted rates apply for any group over 8 in a home/business. (Hands in Action, CPR, LLC is a licensed independent entity, Independently operated, and insured.)
CANCELLATION POLICY: A student can cancel class enrollment up to 5 days of scheduled class dates, During this time, 100% of the cost of the course will be refunded to student, Processing time depends on your individual banking institution. Credit can be applied to a future rescheduled class date. All other cancellations will not be refunded. Classes are limited.
Global Safety
As Global Safety Humanitarians, through COVID-19, our owner donated hand sanitizer, gloves, construction hats, safety goggles, and first aid supplies to residents beginning their new businesses or careers in The Gambia, Africa.
Our global children's safety book will be available 2024! Your child will be excited to learn basic local safety, global fun facts, new languages, and translating safety words/phrases/numeric codes through our new children's safety journals.

March 9-11th, 2024- Westfield, The Gambia, Africa hosted a 3 day Farmers Market. Making history as the first in the area's history.
March 5, 2024-Columbus, Ohio hosted a POP-UP charity sale to support The Women First Foundation.
January, 5, 2024-Our company owner, Jennifer Conteh, Co-Founder, and the board of The Women First Foundation, The Gambia, negotiated a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The Gambia Youth Chamber of Commerce. This partnership will "Pave the way for significant growth and development of youth and women's participation in business, agricultural value chain, trading, and access to markets. ~GYCC
